When you use our borrowing calculator, we collect the information you enter into the tool:

• The financial inputs you provide (income, deposit, liabilities)

If you choose to contact Jeremy Zinzan through the site, we additionally collect:

• Your first and last name, mobile number, and email address
• Your stated goal (e.g. first home, refinance), approximate timeframe, preferred contact method, and any comments you choose to include
• Your consent choices — whether you have agreed to be contacted by Jeremy, and whether you have opted in to marketing communications
• Technical data including the page URL you arrived from, your referrer website, and any advertising identifiers (UTM parameters, GCLID) present in the link you followed

We do not collect street addresses, IRD numbers, bank account details, or credit card numbers through this website.

We collect this information to:

• Calculate and deliver your indicative borrowing estimate
• Allow Jeremy Zinzan to follow up with you if you have given separate permission to be contacted
• Understand how users find and use the website so we can improve it

Your calculator results are delivered to your email address. Your contact details are stored securely and used only for the purposes described above.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except where required by law, or where a service provider (such as our email delivery provider) processes it strictly on our behalf.

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand website traffic and the effectiveness of advertising. These services may place cookies on your device. You can opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Jeremy Zinzan will only call or text you if you have explicitly ticked the separate contact-consent checkbox on the calculator form. If you have not ticked it, Jeremy may send your estimate by email only. You can withdraw contact consent at any time by emailing the privacy officer below.

Under the Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of any inaccurate information
• Ask us to stop using your information for direct contact
• Complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner if you believe we have breached the Privacy Act

We retain lead information for a period reasonable for our business purposes, generally no longer than 3 years after your enquiry, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
